2026-2027 Season Registration

Our vision is to foster the growth of competitive hockey across the Rocky Mountain region by offering a supportive platform where youth players can learn, develop, and compete at their fullest potential.

Being part of the Pronghorn travel team requires commitment. By registering, you agree with the commitments and contributions outlined below.

If you are offered a spot on the team, you are committing to:

• $1,500 season fee. (A $500 deposit is due upon accepting a spot on the team, with fundraising efforts to cover the remaining balance.) This fee includes all practice ice, 5-6 tournaments, uniforms & team warm-ups. At your own cost, you may be required to purchase a black helmet and pay a host travel team affiliate fee to PHA.
• You are required to attend 75% of practices in Pinedale, WY. Depending on ice rink availability and closures, we may occasionally host practices in other locations, such as Utah, Rock Springs, or Jackson.
• Players may not miss practices leading up to a tournament unless excused by the head coach.
• Committed to attending practices on short notice if ice time becomes available.
• The season runs from May through April. You agree to play on dual teams for the entire season alongside your local affiliate. Playing for another in-state travel team is not allowed.
• Required participation in tournaments over holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, MLK, and President's Day weekends, is expected.
• Travel is required. Locations may include MN, CO, MI, ND, NV, CA, NY, Canada, etc.
• You and your player must have a current passport for travel to Canada.
• You may incur additional costs if we register for extra events outside the confirmed tournaments (3v3 or special events).
• Parents are expected to actively participate in team fundraising and tournament support.
